Product must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Materialistic Items: MeharBhagat.com offers 15-days in country India and 30 days International return policy from date of purchase on products like poster, books, logs, folders, dairy souvenirs and other materialistic items. Items must be returned complete and undamaged. (Software Items like files, images, pdf, doc, words, excel and others are not included in materialistic items).

Gift material Item: Gift Item will not be return after 5 days in India and 10 days internationally from the date to delivery.

Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. If you do not have either of these, please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number, along with email purchase slip.

No return policy is applicable in Training Programs, seminars, workshops, events, Etc.
- Refund on returns of items not damaged your entire order amount will be refunded with a processing fee charge of Rs 100.

Refunds for Materialistic Items and Gift Cards

Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 15-45 days.

Refunds made to the purchasing through credit/ Debit card. If the card has expired, please let us know the new expiration date in order to expedite your refund and if the card is no longer active, refunds will be made through cheques in the name of person whose card has been billed.

Refunds made to the purchasing through COD will have to send a form COD C/R 2 along with the returning items, Form COD R2 is always enclosed in COD orders, Incase Form COD R2 is not enclosed, kindly write to hello@meharbhagat.com along with your purchase order and shipping details for the form to be emailed to you.

Refunds for Software Item: Software Items like files, CD with broken seal, MP3s, e-books, audio, images, pdf, doc, words, excel, etc. will not be refunds under any circumstance.
- Refunds for training or open workshops:
A. After booking a seat for training or open workshops only 75% of amount will be refunded.
B. case 20 days prior to training or open workshops only 50% amount will be refunded.
C. case 7 days prior to training or open workshops refunds will not be applicable.
D. However, attendee can go for an alternate date/ later date for the same training or open workshops of his/her choice, once secluded to a later date no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.
7. Refunds for Events or Seminars: Seat booked for Events or Seminars will have no refunds under any circumstances.
8. Refunds on training or open workshops your order amount will be refunded with a processing fee charge of Rs 200 extra, on which ever tenure refunds is applicable.
Cancelation Policy

Cancelation on Materials Items: You can cancel your order online before the product has be dispatched to you. Your entire order amount will be refunded with a processing fee charge of Rs 100. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you. Check return policy and refund policy for the same.

Item which are non-refundable or cannot be canceled: eg. E-Gift Vouchers, Events, Seminars and software Items like files, CD with broken seal, MP3s, e-books, audio, images, pdf, doc, words, excel, etc. will not be refunds under any circumstance.
